- 8-year experience in journalism (Feature writer for The Cambodia Times, News writer for NIKKEI Shimbun)
- 13-year experience in communications with ADB, MRC and LWF/LWD
- Years of experience in Web Design, Graphic Design, Photography, Videography
- 6-year experience in translation (English-Khmer-English)
- Experience in editing Khmer and English articles for local newspaper Cambodia News
